Ingredients
1/2 cup dried quinoa
4 tbsp ground flax seed
1 medium apple
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans
honey or sweetener (to taste)
Directions:
Rinse 1/2 cup dried quinoa and cook according to the directions on the package. Drain.
Divide quinoa equally into 2 separate bowls (or refrigerate 1/2 and save for later.)
