Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried quinoa

  • 4 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 medium apple

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  • honey or sweetener (to taste)


Directions:

  1. Rinse 1/2 cup dried quinoa and cook according to the directions on the package. Drain.

  2. Divide quinoa equally into 2 separate bowls (or refrigerate 1/2 and save for later.)
