Hi, I’m Stacey …

I’m a certified Fitness Nutrition Coach who began my wellness journey during a particularly stressful period in my life. As I navigated the stress of those challenges through exercise, I quickly realized the importance of proper nutrition, which led me to explore how food can fuel both the body and mind. Working as a graphic designer in the food industry and collaborating with chefs further fueled my knowledge of better food choices and their impact on health.

My passion for nutrition grew deeper after watching my father struggle with ulcerative colitis. Seeing his frustration over not knowing what to eat to manage his condition left me feeling powerless at the time, but it sparked my desire to learn more. After diving into countless health, fitness, and wellness resources, I was inspired to earn my certification in Fitness Nutrition.

I believe that many diseases are preventable with the right diet and exercise, and I’m committed to helping others understand the power they have to take control of their health. My goal is to make healthy living approachable, sustainable, and empowering for everyone, turning it into a lifelong self endeavor.
